Cancellation Policy:

I adhere to a strict 48-hour cancellation policy, and unfortunately, no exceptions can be made. If you need to reschedule your appointment, kindly contact me at least 48 hours in advance, and I will be happy to find a new suitable time for you. Please note that deposits are non-refundable and are required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be deducted from the total price of your treatment.

Appointment Confirmation:

To ensure the smooth running of our schedule, confirmation reminders will be sent out 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Late Arrivals:

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause delays, and I will do my best to accommodate a 15-minute late arrival. However, it is important to notify me in advance if you anticipate being late. Please be aware that arriving beyond the 15-minute grace period may result in the loss of your deposit and the possibility of not being seen for your scheduled treatment.

Treatment Duration:

While I strive to complete treatments within the allocated time, there may be rare occasions when procedures take longer than expected. In such cases, I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and will inform you promptly about the estimated time of delay.

Respectful Conduct:

Maintaining a respectful and professional environment is of utmost importance. I will not tolerate any form of rudeness or abusive behaviour towards myself or any member of my team. In such instances, I reserve the right to withdraw the appointment and retain the deposit.

Children Policy:

For the safety and well-being of all clients, children are not permitted on the premises.

Proof of Age:

To comply with legal requirements and ensure your safety, photo identification is mandatory. Please provide a valid photo ID during the completion of the consent form and at the time of your appointment. Consultations or treatments cannot proceed without the provision of a photographic ID. It is important to note that injecting individuals under the age of 18 with botulinum toxin or administering fillers for cosmetic purposes is strictly illegal. Failure to provide the required photo identification will result in the cancellation of any booking.
